Terms of Service

Version: us-2026-10-25-final-r2. Effective October 25, 2026. Provider: Genoskwa Enterprises Inc. ("Genoskwa"), operating ClinicAdCheck.

1. What the service is

An automated, informational comparison of your clinic's public web pages against published state dental boards' advertising standards, plus technical checks. Genoskwa is not a law firm and does not give legal advice.

2. Independence from regulators

Genoskwa is not affiliated with, approved or endorsed by any state dental board or regulator. Their names are used only to identify the standards checked.

3. No guarantee

The service is provided as is. There is no guarantee that a site or profile complies, that any state dental board will accept it as compliant, or of any search or AI-answer ranking or traffic.

4. Automated and AI-generated output

Findings and fixes are automated, partly AI-generated, and may be wrong or incomplete. Items marked "Uncertain: verify yourself" are low-confidence. Your clinic alone is responsible for its website and Google Business Profile and must check every finding and change before publishing.

5. Scan date and rules version

Results reflect the rules pack version and the public pages on the scan date only. Rules and pages may change afterwards. Content designed to mislead automated tools may produce wrong results.

6. Authority

You confirm you are authorized to act for the clinic. Reports go only to verified addresses. Genoskwa may refuse any scan.

7. Edit modes and site access

In Review mode you approve every change. Auto mode applies changes automatically only after you accept the Auto-edit terms; a backup is taken before each edit and you can roll back within 7 days. Granting access to your site is at your own risk; back up your site first and you may revoke access at any time. In v1 fixes are delivered as paste-in text only.

8. Patient information

Do not send patient information. Messages containing it are deleted automatically, unread. Your clinic remains the custodian of its patients' information.

9. Third parties

The service depends on third parties (for example hosting, email delivery, payments and search engines). Genoskwa is not liable for their outages, data errors or mail filtering; check your spam folder.

10. Fees, refunds and cancellation

Fees are shown before payment in USD. Fix purchases are non-refundable once the fixes (your report and fix files) have been delivered; if we fail to deliver them because of a problem on our side, you get a full refund. Watch, Watch + Visibility and Growth plans can be cancelled anytime and stop at the end of the current billing period, with no refunds for partial periods. Details are in the refund policy.

11. Limitation of liability

Genoskwa's total liability is limited to the fees your clinic paid in the 12 months before the claim. Genoskwa is not liable for indirect, consequential or lost-profit damages. This does not limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Indemnity

Your clinic indemnifies Genoskwa for third-party claims arising from content your clinic publishes or approves, or from its breach of these terms.

13. Trademarks

Trademarks belong to their owners. Flags about brand names are not trademark advice.

14. What we do not offer

Genoskwa offers no clinical, injectables or training services.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and disputes are heard by the courts of Ontario.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. Each purchase records the version you accepted.
