Refund Policy

Version: us-refunds-2026-10-25-final. Effective October 25, 2026.

Fixes (single items, Fix Solo and Fix Group)

• Once your fixes have been delivered (your report and fix files), the purchase is non-refundable.
• If we do not deliver your fixes, for example because of a technical problem on our side, you get a full refund.

Monthly plans (Watch, Watch + Visibility, Growth)

• You can cancel anytime.
• Your plan stops at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. You keep the service until then.
• We do not give refunds for partial periods.

How to ask

• To cancel or to report fixes you did not receive, reply to your receipt or email scan@clinicadcheck.com. Prices are in USD.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe.
